Deployment of all necessary activities in order to achieve the forecasted sales volume, profit and market share for the assigned categories.
- Develop and maintain relationships with the major suppliers for the assigned product categories, covering brands like Samsung, HP, Canon, Nikon, Sony, Olympus, Oki, Microsoft.
- Negotiating with suppliers on all aspects related to procurement: prices, SKU levels, forecast and allocation, price protection policy, delivery schedule, back-rebate actions, marketing funds, special pricing for promotional campaigns, etc.
- Achieve growth targets set by the management.
- Responsible for producing 'Catalogul de week-end'. This catalog of the weekend was present on www.koyos.ro, contained a minimum of 100 products, the discounts for the products were between 1% and 90%. Achievements: increase the web traffic, increase the number of online sales and a good rotation of stock.
